Zenthai shiatsu is a full body movement based massage supporting emotional, physical and spiritual well being.

The massage focuses on stimulating our meridian pathways, is intention based with care and presence and is originated from traditional Thai and Zen Shiatsu massage.

Treatments are received fully clothed on a mat on the floor and lasts 60-75 minutes.

Level 1 certified.

reiki and indian head massage

A head, shoulder, neck and face massage followed by a session of Reiki.

Reiki is life force energy that promotes relaxation and healing. It treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit.

Indian head massage is a stimulating and relaxing massage that focuses on the arms, shoulders, head, neck and face of a person and can help to improve circulation, relieves stress and promote hair growth.

In total the session lasts 1 hour.

I also offer Reiki on it’s own and can be received in person or long distance.

All treatments can be received as a mobile service.

I also provide an Indian Head Massage service to workplaces for group bookings.
